Grilled Fish Fillet
We all know that fish is rich in protein and low in fat. But it's also loaded with omega 3 fatty acids. which help in maintaining heart health by lowering blood pressure.
A healthier cooking alternative to frying is grilling. Grilled meats have a reduced fat content. Grilled foods also have lower calorie than fried foods.
When my children are with me, I normally fry them. But once they left for their universities I started to grill them as it's healthier and helps in weight loss. It is also good to fry them at times.
When I fry the fish, I normally marinate it with spices, with chili powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, gram flour, rice flour, lime juice and of course salt. After 20-30 minutes I deep fry them. Eating fish is a healthier alternative to other meat products.
So, why not add fish to your meal at least twice a week and enjoy the health benefits.
